SWEEPSTAKES CAMPAIGN LEGAL TERMS

This campaign is organized by Elvan Mağazacılık A.Ş. with the permission of the Turkish National Lottery Administration (MPİ) dated 30.04.2026 and numbered E-40453693-255.01.02-90044.

During the campaign period, individual customers who make purchases of TRY 500 and multiples thereof (1 sweepstakes entry for every TRY 500 spent) in a single transaction at Elvan Factory Outlet Stores located in Ankara, Balıkesir, Bursa, Edirne, Eskişehir, İstanbul, Sakarya, and Safranbolu district of Karabük may participate in the sweepstakes by scanning the QR code displayed on the in-store posters or by sending the message “I Want to Participate in the Sweepstakes” via the Elvan Mağazacılık Business WhatsApp channel using the WhatsApp contact number shown on the poster and clicking the “Join the Sweepstakes” button.

After entering their date of birth and giving consent, participants must complete the form by providing their name, surname, date of birth, and address information, approving the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) text, and uploading a photo of the receipt/e-archive invoice (the entire receipt/e-archive invoice must be visible and the image must be clear). Following system verification and approval, participants will receive 1 sweepstakes entry for every TRY 500 shown on the receipt/e-archive invoice. (The campaign ends on 31.08.2026 at 22:30, and the final participation deadline via the Elvan Mağazacılık Business WhatsApp channel is 01.09.2026 at 21:30.)

All entries submitted through the QR code, WhatsApp Business line, and related digital channels will be automatically recorded by the system in chronological order. After verification of the submitted receipt/e-archive invoice information:

• Participants whose entries do not comply with the campaign rules will receive a “failed participation” notification along with the reason (unclear receipt/e-archive invoice image, purchase date outside the campaign period, purchase made from a non-participating store, duplicate receipt/e-archive invoice submission).
• Participants with successful entries will receive a “successful participation” notification and a sequential participation number starting from 1 for the first successful entry. Sequence numbers will only be generated for successful entries. No sequence number will be assigned to unsuccessful entries.

• 10 units of Apple iPhone 15 128GB Mobile Phone, valued at TRY 53,280 each
• 10 units of Dyson V8 Cyclone Cordless Vacuum Cleaner, valued at TRY 25,056 each
• 5 units of Grundig GDH 9564 E Energy Class 9 kg Heat Pump Dryer, valued at TRY 24,462 each
• 10 units of Xiaomi Mi Vacuum Mop Essential Robot Vacuum Cleaner, valued at TRY 21,168 each
• 10 units of Grundig GPDF 5701 Dishwasher with 5 Programs, valued at TRY 19,440 each
• 10 units of Karaca Hatır Perfetto Digital Touchscreen Espresso and Turkish Coffee Machine, valued at TRY 15,012 each
• 15 units of Shark StainStriker Upholstery and Spot Cleaner with Pet Attachment, valued at TRY 8,910 each

The relevant prize will be awarded to the corresponding winner. One person may not win more than one prize. Prize specifications are as stated; however, product images and colors may differ from those shown.

The draw will take place on 09.09.2026 at 10:00 AM at Halkalı Merkez Mahallesi Basın Ekspres Caddesi No:13 İç Kapı No:1 Küçükçekmece / İstanbul, in the presence of a notary public and open to public attendance. Winners will be announced in Posta Newspaper on 11.09.2026. The results will also be published on the Elvan official website.

After the draw, notifications will be sent simultaneously by registered mail to the addresses of both primary and reserve winners. Elvan Mağazacılık A.Ş. shall not be held responsible for postal delays.

Primary winners must personally apply to the above-mentioned address of Elvan Mağazacılık A.Ş. by 26.09.2026, and reserve winners by 11.10.2026, with their identification documents, contact information, and the winning receipt/e-archive invoice, and submit all required documents completely in order to claim their prizes. Winners who fail to apply or submit the requested documents within these deadlines shall forfeit their rights to the prizes.

Additional Campaign Details:

• The campaign is open only to individual consumers.
• Participants who cancel or return their purchases made during the campaign period will also lose their sweepstakes entries. If returns are identified after the draw, prizes will not be delivered.
• After receipt/e-archive invoice verification, unsuccessful participants will receive a “failed participation” notification stating the reason, while successful participants will receive a “successful participation” notification along with a participation sequence number.
• Participants may check their participation status throughout the campaign via the system used for participation (QR code / WhatsApp Business channel).
• Entries made using photographs of previously photographed receipts/e-archive invoices, torn or damaged receipts/e-archive invoices will not be accepted. Only clear, readable, and original receipt/e-archive invoice photos are valid.
• Duplicate entries will be eliminated, and only the first submitted receipt/e-archive invoice image will be accepted.
• Participants missing any of the following information will not receive sweepstakes rights: receipt/e-archive invoice number and date, name-surname, WhatsApp-registered phone number, or date of birth.
• Participants are responsible for proving the accuracy and sufficiency of the information provided.
• If a prize winner’s address information is incomplete or unknown, the newspaper announcement shall be deemed sufficient notification.
• Submission of the original receipt/e-archive invoice is mandatory for prize delivery. Participants are responsible for safely preserving their receipts/e-archive invoices in readable condition.
• One person may not win more than one prize.
• Employees and owners of Elvan Mağazacılık A.Ş., legal entities, bulk sales transactions, purchases invoiced with e-invoices, and persons under the age of 18 may not participate in the sweepstakes. Even if they participate and win, prizes will not be awarded.
• Taxes and other legal obligations excluding VAT and SCT included in the value of the prize shall be paid by the winners.

All participants joining this sweepstakes campaign shall be deemed to have accepted the above terms and conditions. If the campaign participation requirements are not fulfilled during the campaign period, participants shall not receive prizes even if they are selected as winners. In such cases, Elvan Mağazacılık A.Ş. shall not be held responsible for any claims made by participants who do not meet the campaign conditions.
